TRAINING IN DAMAGE MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES
Training
All of our staff receive initial training and regular refresher training to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and experience to deliver the services we provide as a business.
Training can also be provided to external clients in our training room based in Mansfield, where attendees can gain a full understanding of the methodology and science of drying water damaged buildings, decontamination cleaning of smoke affected properties and contents and also how we complete mould testing, sampling and decontamination cleaning works as well as gaining an insight and hands on experience of the working environment of a Restoration Contractor, including the opportunity to see a full range of operational equipment used on water, smoke and mould jobs.
Training can also be delivered at client premises or alternative sites to meet the requirements of individual clients.
Training is provided by our Director, Bob (Robert Spencer) is an Honorary Fellow of the British Damage Management Association (BDMA), the training he delivers follows the BDMA syllabus for Technician, Senior Technician and Insurance Claims Practitioners and adheres to the PAS 64 and BSI 12999.
All training can be allocated CPD points (Continued Personal Development).
